So far so good with the first Korean movie I watched for this year ( and since I stopped watching Korean dramas and movies last year). This movie is entertaining for the eyes with their CGIs. I don’t know why but the ‘pyrotechnical’ CGI of this movie worked for me compared to how my friends said about it being too messy. It made me all aware I’m watching a fantasy movie.

This reminds me of Dante’s Inferno and the idiom: “The end justifies the means.” Also how karma doesn’t only depends on the big things you do but also on the little things (good or bad) that you thought that wouldn’t hurt anyone. Little things that accumulate are also scary things.

As I said in my first commentary, this is a guilt -trip especially with your filial impiety. This movies focused more on the ‘feels’ that it invokes from the audience but also got a good balance inserting a good amount of laugh here and there.

Got some A-list Korean actors for cameo too. Be sure to grab some tissue while you’re at it. 👌🏼😊
